The negotiated rates are valid up to 25 March 2025 or until sold out. After this date, accommodation is subject to availability and rates may be subject to increase.
Law Council of Australia have negotiated the most favourable rates available at this time, however the rates may increase at any time without notice (including changes in Government taxes or levies). Law Council of Australia will endeavour to notify of any changes in rates or accommodation inclusions.

Check-In
Upon check-in all guests will be required to present a credit card for pre-authorisation to cover all charges not covered by the booking organiser. The Hyatt Hotel accepts all major credit cards. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to the following surcharges; American Express and Diners at 1.1%, Visa and MasterCard at 1.1% and Debit Card at 1.1%.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1000 hours. Should you wish to guarantee your check-in before 1400 hours, you will need to pre-book and pay for the previous night. If you wish to guarantee a late check-out you will need to book for the next night.
One night’s room rate is non-refundable for cancellations made from Wednesday, 29 January 2025 to Monday, 24 February 2025.
100% of booking cost is non-refundable for cancellations made from Tuesday, 25, February 2025.
